Project Manager, Procurement (Data Centers)

Location: DFW01_02, United States; ability to travel 25%+ of the time

hirify.global develops and operates data center infrastructure and manages construction and equipment delivery programs.

What you will do

• Manage owner-furnished equipment supply chain activities across multiple data center construction projects from inception through commissioning.
• Coordinate vendors and manufacturing production plans with project and program requirements.
• Track project costs, budgets, schedules, forecasts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Align equipment schedules with construction schedules and resolve timing issues with contractors and supply chain partners.
• Manage submittals, comments, and project records through systems such as Procore and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with commissioning, construction, procurement, finance, accounting, and engineering partners to support project turnover and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, data centers, and/or construction.
• Supply chain management experience in data centers and/or manufacturing, including multi-state operations and multi-million-dollar equipment contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, construction platforms such as Procore or Helix, database and financial systems, Google Suite, internet research, and scheduling tools.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 25% or more of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of construction and procurement cost estimating methods and scope-of-work development.
• Ability to interpret critical facility construction drawings, specifications, project scopes, and schedule changes.
• Experience with commodity management, raw materials, production planning, and data center commissioning.
