Supply Chain Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $199,000 – $232,000

What you will do

• Manage the live order tracker for all open purchase orders across global suppliers, ensuring manufacturing and delivery milestones are met.
• Expedite critical and at-risk orders by renegotiating commitments and coordinating logistics to prevent project delays.
• Run weekly and monthly supply chain reporting, including on-time delivery rates, lead time accuracy, and vendor performance analysis.
• Act as the primary supply chain liaison across multiple project sites to resolve procurement and logistics conflicts.
• Travel to vendor facilities and project sites to validate manufacturing progress and build supplier accountability.

Requirements

• Experience expediting orders in capital equipment or industrial environments with direct impact on project schedules.
• Proven ability to maintain order-tracking systems and communicate status, risks, and recovery plans clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase order documentation to identify scope discrepancies.
• Experience coordinating material requirements across multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering root cause analysis and recovery plans to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-site EPC or construction environments.
• Commodity experience in electrical, mechanical rotating equipment, or structural materials.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs compliance.
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics and project management software.
