Value-Added Services Specialist

Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States of America

Salary: $65,600–$101,000 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end value-added services, including product customization, kitting, labeling, bundling, and light assembly.
• Analyze processes through data analytics and process mapping to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse teams to develop new service offerings.
• Ensure quality, safety, compliance, customer specifications, and contractual requirements are met.
• Develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and support digital tools, automation, and WMS implementation.
• Train operations staff and contribute to process optimization and supply chain transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution, contract manufacturing, or electronics fulfillment, including kitting, configuration, or packaging operations.
• Experience with ERP, modern WMS platforms, work-order or manufacturing-execution modules, BOMs, engineering drawings, and label specifications.
• Proficiency with Excel and a data-visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Work location is Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or APICS CPIM/CSCP certification.
• Experience with regulated products, hazardous goods, lithium batteries, or configure-to-order imaging.
• Familiarity with print-and-apply systems, pick-to-light technology, or collaborative robots.
