Senior Consultant (Logistics)

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead logistics consulting workstreams, providing data-driven insights and AI-enabled recommendations.
• Design and optimize end-to-end logistics networks using advanced analytics and scenario modeling.
• Apply AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance demand sensing and real-time supply chain visibility.
• Translate complex business challenges into executable transformation roadmaps.
• Drive performance initiatives focusing on cost-to-serve optimization and inventory flow efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated, intelligent supply chain solutions.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain consulting/industry.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver structured, analytics-driven recommendations.
• Strong expertise in logistics network design and distribution strategies.
• Experience using data and advanced analytics for decision-making, including exposure to AI.
• Knowledge of GenAI use cases in supply chain, such as scenario simulation and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics transformation in Industrial or Consumer Products industries.
• Familiarity with digital supply chain tools, control towers, or intelligent logistics platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
