Electrical Integration - Electrical Engineer II (R4627)

Location: Dallas, Texas; on-site

Salary: $91,660–$137,490 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do

• Integrate avionics systems, sensors, actuators, and payloads into the X-BAT aircraft and Launch and Recovery Vehicle.
• Assist with electrical harness design, hardware bring-up, integration testing, and debugging.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for integration issues.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, test procedures, and verification reports.
• Collaborate with mechanical, embedded, software, and manufacturing teams to resolve hardware integration challenges.
• Support environmental and qualification testing of flight hardware and contribute to hardware development improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant industry or internship experience.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical systems and hardware integration.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, sensors, or power systems; academic projects are acceptable.
• Comfort working with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to work hands-on with hardware in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Nice to have

• Ability to obtain an S//SAR-level security clearance.
