Avionics Test Integration Engineer II (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own the design, release, integration, and maintenance of avionics test infrastructure.
• Develop ground support harnesses, test racks, and test fixtures for vehicle manufacturing and testing.
• Support rapid prototyping and long-term production scaling.
• Collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing engineers.
• Work with build and test technicians to implement and validate test solutions.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and releasing ground equipment infrastructure such as test racks, test harnesses, and test fixtures.
• Experience designing mechanical test solutions for electronic devices and equipment.
• Experience with CAD tools such as NX and Teamcenter.
• Experience with wire harness design tools such as Zuken or Capital Harness.
• Experience working with build and test technicians.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PCB design modeling tools such as Altium Designer.
• Familiarity with Python or MATLAB for data acquisition, recording, and analysis.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, CAN, UART, SPI, or similar communication protocols.
• Familiarity with NI, Beckhoff, or similar data acquisition and control platforms.
