What you will do

• Support the full product implementation cycle, from requirements analysis and detailed electrical design through testing, integration, documentation, certification, and production introduction.
• Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including low-noise signal paths and power management.
• Develop next-generation sensing and monitoring platforms for industrial and utility applications.
• Integrate sensors and industrial communication protocols into new and existing hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product management, and program management teams.
• Debug embedded systems and support firmware-hardware co-design and sustaining product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing hardware for embedded systems.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools; Altium Designer is preferred.
• Understanding of Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, RS-485, sensor integration, EMC and safety compliance, and product certification processes.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks, technical documentation, and communication.
• Experience working with global manufacturing partners and contract manufacturers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermal dynamics, and computational fluid simulation using Ansys, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
