Electrical Engineer I (TX)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. On-site work is required.

Salary: $81,456–$122,184 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do

• Own electrical designs that directly affect the X-BAT system and flight-test milestones.
• Manage designs through concept, development, verification, integration, flight testing, and manufacturing.
• Design embedded-system circuits involving analog, digital, power conversion, high-speed interfaces, FPGA, MCU, and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Perform system integration, verification, environmental testing, qualification, and test automation.
• Debug systems, identify root causes, and drive technical resolution.
• Design for high reliability under radiation, aggressive temperature changes, and high-magnitude vibration.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Participation in an engineering team or club.
• Experience with electrical design software such as Altium or KiCAD.
• Ability to obtain an S//SAR-level security clearance is desired.
