Equity Trading Analyst

Location: New York, United States; availability during US market hours is required.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annual base salary plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Learn buy-side trading responsibilities and act as an independent backup trader when needed.
• Review Transaction Cost Analysis and help develop trading strategies based on the results.
• Manage sell-side relationships and evaluate broker tools.
• Execute equity ETF orders efficiently and accurately while supporting the internal ETF ecosystem.
• Support portfolio managers with operational tasks, cash management, proxy reporting, broker research budgeting, and daily break reconciliation.
• Construct equity strategy trades for institutional accounts and funds and collaborate with relationship managers on client account requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid understanding of financial markets.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and remain disciplined, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to be at the desk during US market hours.

Nice to have

• Prior trading or portfolio implementation experience.
• Charles River or Bloomberg experience.
• SQL or other coding skills.
