Sr. Analyst, Strategic Finance

Location: New York, NY; hybrid model requiring 3 days a week in the office

Salary: $96,000–$108,000 per year in New York

What you will do

• Partner with the Strategic Finance Director to improve unit economics and capital deployment across Unit Operations and Development.
• Analyze store-level profitability, labor efficiency, waste reduction, kitchen throughput, and supply chain fulfillment costs.
• Build pro forma business cases for prospective physical locations, including store-level P&Ls, cash-on-cash yields, IRR, and payback periods.
• Assess the impact of new locations on existing location performance.
• Prepare executive-level Go/No-Go presentations for the Real Estate Investment Committee.
• Track newly opened sites against original underwriting and own CapEx forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills, including building driver-based and dynamic models from scratch.
• Ability to use SQL, Looker, BigQuery, and other databases to gather and analyze data.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
