Salary: $85,000–$110,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Build performance analytics and periodic reporting for divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
- Design executive dashboards as a reliable source of performance information.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and automate reporting and financial processes using modern tooling and AI solutions.
- Support multi-year and intra-year revenue and expense budgeting, forecasting, and initiative tracking.
- Deliver competitive benchmarking and market-share analysis across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
- Track firmwide KPIs and support expense management in partnership with cross-divisional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics is preferred.
- Strong foundational Excel skills and polished PowerPoint skills for executive communication.
- Analytical rigor, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to translate complex analysis into recommendations.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; SQL experience is preferred but not required.
- Working proficiency in Python and experience with generative AI, LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, VS Code, or Git are valued.
