What you will do

• Build and maintain performance analytics and periodic reporting for divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Design executive dashboards as a reliable source for decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate financial processes with AI tooling and other solutions.
• Support multi-year and intra-year revenue and expense budgeting and forecasting.
• Deliver competitive benchmarking and market-share analysis across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
• Track KPIs, manage progress toward firmwide goals, and support expense-management initiatives with cross-divisional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and financial analytics, with intellectual curiosity and strong analytical rigor.
• Strong foundational Excel skills and polished PowerPoint skills for executive storytelling.
• Exceptional ability to work with large, ambiguous datasets and communicate clearly with senior management and global stakeholders.
• Ability to explain financial results and translate complex analysis into data-driven recommendations.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and improve productivity.
• Strong prompt-engineering judgment, including understanding when human review is essential.
• Problem-solving ability, accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Nice to have

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Comfort using SQL to query large, complex datasets.
• Working proficiency in Python for pandas, data wrangling, and automation.
• Familiarity with VS Code and Git.
• Enthusiasm for piloting emerging tools to improve individual and team productivity.
