Salary: USD 85,000–140,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Calculate, analyze, and report regulatory capital, leverage, and systemic risk metrics.
• Improve workflows and infrastructure supporting regulatory rules and reporting requirements.
• Serve as a regulatory capital liaison for business units and provide subject matter expertise.
• Provide business-level capital attribution to support capital allocation and client requests.
• Develop short- and long-term capital projections and respond to ad hoc analytical requests.
• Build relationships with Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and leadership on firmwide initiatives.
• Ability to work proactively and respond creatively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, or finance is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Experience with Basel III Standardized and Advanced Capital, Supplementary Leverage Ratio, and GSIB requirements.
