What you will do

• Lead and manage the Equity Derivatives Middle Office, Exotic Trade Review, and Securitized Products Servicing teams.
• Oversee trade capture, validation, confirmation, settlement, and lifecycle event management for flow and exotic derivatives.
• Provide front-to-back trade support for structured equity derivatives, acting as a key liaison between trading desks and operations.
• Perform daily P&L and position reconciliation, investigating and resolving breaks between front-office and back-office systems.
• Strengthen the risk and control environment to proactively identify operational and market-risk exposures.
• Drive operational transformation by eliminating manual processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in post-trade Operations, Middle Office, or Trade Support within a sell-side or buy-side institution.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in equity derivatives (flow and exotic) and structured/securitized products.
• Strong understanding of P&L, reconciliation, and trade booking across front-to-back systems.
• Proven leadership of operational teams with a track record of delivering transformation at scale.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY

• Ability to code in Python or SQL.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for process automation and analytics.
• Exposure to market risk concepts (Greeks, sensitivities, VaR) and valuation methodologies.
