Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Hybrid, with a principally in-person working model across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Some local and national travel may be required.

Salary: $88,000–$145,000 per year in CO, IL, OH, and MA.

What you will do

• Participate in project phases from planning through implementation, support, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, validate, and implement software solutions with internal clients based on requirements, enterprise standards, and design patterns.
• Architect Power Platform solutions across SharePoint and Dataverse, selecting data backends, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Build and maintain custom connectors using OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, and policies.
• Troubleshoot multiple issues concurrently and provide technical documentation and support.
• Extend Power Platform solutions with Code Apps, PCF components, plugins, JavaScript, C#, REST, and JSON.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with modern web application, enterprise application development platforms, and integrations.
• At least 1 year of experience developing Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with SQL and SharePoint.
• Strong coding, debugging, troubleshooting, relational database, and data modeling skills.
• Deep Microsoft Dataverse data modeling experience, including tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and calculated or rollup columns.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent certifications.
• Azure DevOps and GitHub experience.
• Technical documentation experience, including architecture diagrams, designs, and operational support documentation.
• PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
• Experience with VS Code, Power Platform CLI, and AI-assisted development workflows.
