Senior Lead Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Build and optimize Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows for complex business processes.
• Establish architecture, security, governance, development standards, and application lifecycle management practices.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Design dashboards, analytics solutions, and AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and executive stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and data engineering.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, data modeling, security, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives from architecture through implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation and Power Platform Centers of Excellence.
• Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, Power BI, or Azure certifications.
