Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Dataverse & Power Apps)

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
• Develop automated workflows with Power Automate and integrate solutions with enterprise applications and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and technical teams.
• Implement solution architecture, governance, data modeling, secure-by-design practices, documentation, monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development with Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dataverse experience, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
• Strong experience with complex Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Power Fx, plus strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• College degree or equivalent experience and Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Dynamics 365 CE, and extended Dataverse features.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, and PCI.
• Knowledge of Power BI reporting integrations and Power Platform and Azure AD security architecture.
• PL-400, PL-600, or AZ-900 certification.
