GTM Systems Manager

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $97,000–$148,000 OTE for Tier 3 US locations; $103,000–$157,000 for Tier 2 locations; $115,000–$175,000 for Tier 1 locations. Offers equity.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns.
• Provide production support by triaging outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating them within SLA.
• Maintain LeanData routing graphs and operate the enrichment stack, including Clay and PDL workbooks, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene.
• Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead-routing configuration.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems and Deal Desk on CPQ configuration.
• Complete well-defined tickets for the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration in partnership with Engineering.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems.
• Strong Salesforce administration fundamentals, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and sandbox-to-production change management.
• Ability to build cleanly within an existing architecture and handle day-to-day administration, ticket triage, and production support.
• Ability to test changes in a sandbox and identify issues before production release.
• Daily use of AI-native tools such as Claude or Cursor.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integrations.
• Background in B2B SaaS, ideally in PLG or hybrid GTM models.
