GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Remote; must live and work permanently in the U.S.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Administer and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
• Configure systems, deliver updates and enhancements, and troubleshoot issues affecting GTM operations.
• Maintain data integrity, governance, reporting, dashboards, and data exports.
• Support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations with system expertise and actionable insights.
• Provide user support, onboarding, training materials, and best-practice guidance.
• Contribute technical input to roadmap planning and GTM infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must live and work permanently in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification or similar.
• Advanced degree or specialized training in systems administration.
• Experience supporting SaaS go-to-market organizations.
