Salary: $148,400β$256,520 per year, depending on geographic market, skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do
- Build and lead digital policy communications and rapid-response strategies for US and Washington, DC audiences.
- Oversee corporate websites, newsroom platforms, social media channels, editorial calendars, publishing workflows, and content governance.
- Direct paid media and targeted advocacy campaigns that amplify policy messaging and strengthen brand reputation.
- Translate complex policy, regulatory, and business issues into compelling digital content for policymakers, media, and external stakeholders.
- Analyze engagement metrics and audience insights to measure impact and optimize communications strategies.
- Lead and mentor communications professionals while managing digital agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience leading digital communications and rapid-response strategies for US and Washington, DC audiences.
- Experience overseeing corporate websites, newsroom platforms, social media, paid media, and targeted advocacy campaigns.
- Experience translating complex policy, regulatory, and business topics into digital storytelling.
- Experience building content operations, governance frameworks, publishing workflows, and crisis-response processes.
- Experience using analytics and audience insights to measure performance and optimize communications.
- Experience leading communications teams and managing agency partners or external vendors.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, technology platforms, or highly regulated global industries.
- Experience with digital analytics tools, audience insights, and performance measurement frameworks.
