Location: Remote within the United States

Annual salary: $230,000 in San Francisco and New York; $218,500 in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and Seattle; $195,500 in other US locations.

What you will do

• Design and lead the brand narrative strategy for conservative audiences in the United States.
• Set and execute a national conservative media engagement strategy across broadcast, digital, print, and emerging platforms.
• Develop high-impact pitches that shape public discourse, increase awareness and adoption, and build trust and engagement.
• Secure and sustain high-profile media coverage aligned with organizational goals and mission outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, producers, journalists, influencers, and podcasters.
• Drive strategic alignment across executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in strategic corporate communications, media relations, public affairs, or public relations.
• Extensive, high-trust relationships with conservative media decision-makers, including senior editors, executive producers, and influential journalists.
• Proven success securing high-impact coverage from top-tier conservative media outlets.
• Strong understanding of the evolving conservative media and communications landscape, supported by data-driven insights.
• Excellent executive, corporate, and crisis communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional-level English proficiency is required; resumes and application responses must be submitted in English.
