TL;DR
Senior Integration Technician (Aerospace Manufacturing): Assembling, installing, and testing Terran R thrust structure flight hardware with an accent on secondary structures, fluid systems, avionics systems, and engine installations. Focus on performing critical aerospace production operations, applying fastener and torque processes, operating calibrated tools, and collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Location: Long Beach, California, United States. Onsite second-shift role, Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. PT, with a 50-hour workweek including 10 guaranteed overtime hours.

Salary: $33.20–$49.80 USD per hour, plus a 10% shift differential.

What you will do

  • Assemble, install, and test flight hardware for Terran R thrust structures.
  • Perform integration work across secondary structures, fluid systems, avionics systems, and engine installations.
  • Build and install hardware in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with production, integration engineering, and quality teams to develop and document job operations.
  • Operate hand, pneumatic, calibrated, and measuring tools while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or experience in a related field.
  • Experience handling flight hardware and performing critical operations in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Technical skills in fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and production teams.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, navigate uneven surfaces, and perform frequent crouching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and overhead reaching.

Nice to have

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license.
  • Electromechanical build proficiency.
  • Familiarity with propulsion systems and components.
