What you will do

• Guide Process Integrators and take technical ownership of next-generation FDSOI process-flow development.
• Characterize advanced semiconductor features through physical and electrical analysis.
• Design and analyze experiments to improve technology performance parameters.
• Coordinate technology development activities within a volume-production infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research institutes, customers, and internal departments to solve technology challenges and develop technical solutions.
• Define technical feasibility studies and present project results to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant semiconductor-industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern CMOS process integration, including CVD, lithography, and RIE.
• Knowledge of test chip design, technology transfer, design rules, and technology-design interactions.
• Solid foundation in statistics, data analysis techniques, and relevant tools.
• Excellent English skills at C1 level or higher are required. German proficiency is preferred.

• PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
