Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and characterize processes for semiconductor equipment in the factory applications lab.
• Design and execute process optimization experiments; characterize, compile, and analyze test data.
• Coordinate applications lab machine activities, including process development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support customer demonstrations and provide applications development support at customer sites, including potential international travel.
• Work with sales, marketing, factory teams, and internal business units to improve equipment processes and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain quality processing of materials and act as a technical customer interface.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or a master’s degree without experience.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to spend 4–6 hours per day at a computer and occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds.
