  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft structural design or aerospace structures.
  • Experience designing and releasing structural components in development or production environments.
  • Working knowledge of composite and metallic structures, fasteners, bonded joints, load paths, GD&T, tolerance stackups, and DFMA principles.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar.
  • Strong technical communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership engineering environments.

Nice to have

  • Ability to obtain an S//SAR-level security clearance.
  • M.S. degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with UAV, DoD, or aerospace vehicle programs and aerospace standards such as MIL-STD, ASME Y14.5, or FAA requirements.
  • Experience with composite design and manufacturing methods.
  • Experience using FEA tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN, or similar for linear structural analysis.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employee position.
  • Hands-on design work with increasing ownership of flight-critical aircraft structures.
