Technical Program Manager (FinFET)

Location: Onsite in Malta, New York, USA

Salary: $118,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and manage complex semiconductor engineering development programs.
• Own program schedules, resource planning, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive the transition from technology development into high-volume production.
• Lead cross-functional teams by defining tasks and technical work packages.
• Collaborate with Product Management, PDK, Modeling, and IP teams.
• Communicate program status and technical topics with internal stakeholders, executives, and customers.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field; a PhD is advantageous.
• 3+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern CMOS process integration, including CVD, lithography, and RIE.
• Understanding of test chip design, T/O, design rules, and technology-design interactions.
• Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis techniques and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira, with excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, FMEA, and 8D methodology.
• Customer interaction experience and experience working in multicultural teams.
