What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the site construction portfolio, including project team leadership and supplier management.
• Manage major project scope, schedule performance, and budget monitoring for construction projects without impacting factory operations.
• Develop world-class supplier partnerships to improve business results, quality, and cost.
• Drive innovation in construction practices by implementing new methods and engineering solutions.
• Foster a "Culture of Care" regarding safety across all construction sites and offices.
• Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality constructible solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience as an engineer, construction manager, or project manager in large-scale organizations.
• Alternatively, 12+ years of strategic leadership in semiconductor factory construction or operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel or relocate to support business needs.

Nice to have

• MBA or PhD.
• PMP certification.
• Expertise in the construction life cycle and semiconductor facilities systems and operations.
