Production Coordinator | Dir. Subsystems

Location: South Burlington, Vermont, United States; onsite role

Compensation: $30–$36 USD per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate aircraft structures production using the ERP system, maintaining part traceability, labor-hour accuracy, tooling accountability, and manufacturing data.
• Perform hands-on production assembly and support technicians with troubleshooting, productivity, and process execution.
• Work with Quality, Design, MRB, QA, and leadership to meet QMS standards, resolve workmanship issues, and deliver aircraft on schedule.
• Maintain assembly instructions, work instructions, NCRs, process data, productivity reports, and incident documentation.
• Inspect, clean, service, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Lead 5S, tool control, FOD prevention, process layout improvements, and throughput initiatives.

Requirements

• Background in mechanical or aircraft maintenance and/or manufacturing.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and interpret aircraft component drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, communication, problem-analysis, and independent decision-making skills.
• Experience with Google G-Suite, Slack, and application lifecycle tools.
• Ability to follow company and government safety requirements.

• Previous leadership experience.
• ERP systems knowledge.
• Aircraft maintenance experience.
• Structures manufacturing experience with bonded or fastened aircraft.
