Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Salary: $141,000 – $162,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain production schedules, ensuring orders are sequenced and material constraints are honored.
• Maintain MRP hygiene by ensuring BOMs, routings, and lead times are accurate.
• Balance daily production plans against real-world disruptions like shortages and equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate with supply chain and shipping teams to ensure parts arrive and modules ship on schedule.
• Measure and drive schedule adherence across the manufacturing floor.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
• Proven experience planning production in a manufacturing plant with real material constraints.
• Strong ability to replan quickly when operational issues arise and communicate impacts effectively.
• Ability to proactively identify and mitigate material shortages.
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP planning modules.
• Experience with low-volume, heavy product manufacturing.
• Participation in S&OP processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
