Location: United States; compensation applies across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. The role follows a principally in-person Workplace for Your Day model with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $110,500–$130,000 base salary per year.

What you will do
- Lead and supervise staff consultants, providing guidance on complex technical issues and escalations.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
- Oversee managed IT service delivery, service quality, and SLA performance.
- Design and implement customized managed service and technology solutions with internal teams and clients.
- Manage client projects from initiation through successful implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Typically 5–10 years of experience in technical support, service desk, account management, or managed IT services.
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, hardware, software applications, networking, and IT domains.
- Leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM and account management tools, plus knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy computer equipment; occasional local and domestic travel is required.
Nice to have
- Technical or project certifications such as PMP, CompTIA Project+, CCNA, MCSE, AWS, or CompTIA Security+.
- Bilingual Japanese and English or Chinese and English candidates may qualify for an exception to the standard sponsorship requirement.
