What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for data center commissioning portfolios and programs.
• Partner with Project Managers and technical leaders to support project execution, staffing, and delivery planning.
• Develop client-specific communication plans and provide regular updates on project status and performance.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by introducing additional commissioning or lifecycle services.
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues in coordination with internal leadership.
• Represent the firm as a trusted advisor through technical understanding and clear communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum 8 years of progressive client or project experience.
• Experience supporting complex projects, preferably within data centers, commissioning, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical data center systems.
