Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Advanced Support Consultants.
- Serve as an escalation point for key clients and oversee post-implementation consulting delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Product Management to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Oversee technical consulting covering workflow design, form configuration, reporting consultation, and system integration.
- Validate client requests and ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Track team and client KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Team lead or management experience in a SaaS professional services organization; 2+ years is preferred.
- Experience in technical support or consulting within the software or technology sector.
- Strong leadership, client-facing communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of system configuration, technical troubleshooting, support processes, and relevant technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and aggressive deadlines.
- Must be located in the United States and must not require current or future employment authorization sponsorship.
