Manager, Professional Services (Finance Automation)

Location: Remote USA; candidates living within a reasonable commute of a hirify.global office must work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $98,000–$123,000 per year, with potential short-term and long-term incentives based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead a team of consultants to achieve utilization, revenue, departmental, and project-success targets.
• Oversee multiple concurrent hirify.global implementation projects and integrations with customer systems and processes.
• Manage a personal portfolio of billable implementation projects as a hands-on manager.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and partners, managing timelines, escalations, recommendations, and best-practice guidance.
• Develop, retain, and upskill consultants while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Improve implementation processes, documentation, and procedures in collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of consulting experience in software, technology, or audit/accounting.
• Proven customer-facing experience and strong communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and accounting software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, time-management, and consultative skills.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
