Technical Delivery Manager (DoW)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite at headquarters 4–5 days per week. Willingness to travel up to 10% annually for customer engagements.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year, plus potential government clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions built on the hirify.global platform for strategic customers.
• Lead agile delivery engagements, including risk management and impediment removal.
• Drive customer outcomes and growth through trusted technology advice, relationship building, and demonstrated results.
• Manage account strategy, financial performance, opportunity qualification, services positioning, and demand generation.
• Partner with sales representatives, hirify.global partners, Customer Success Managers, architects, and product designers.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting the Department of Defense, ideally through Army, Navy, or USAF contracts.
• At least 5 years of experience in an agile delivery environment, including at least 1 year leading a team.
• Experience managing a book of business using financial management tools and metrics.
• Experience with enterprise technology programs, strategic customer goals, application roadmaps, business cases, and value selling.
• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder relationship-building, problem-solving, and ambiguity-management skills.

Nice to have

• Software consulting experience in ERP, CRM, BPM/workflow, data integration architecture, or EAI.
• Applied knowledge of enterprise architecture and data management.
