Product Manager, Lending (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA; four days per week in the office and Fridays from home

Salary: $165,000–$215,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Own the Lending product strategy and roadmap from definition through execution.
• Expand the product into new use cases and member experiences.
• Develop innovative and responsible financial products for everyday consumers.
• Make product decisions across the full lifecycle using customer insights, experimentation, and data.
• Prioritize investments, define measurable outcomes, and align cross-functional teams.
• Lead execution from strategy through launch in partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading consumer product strategy and execution for high-impact digital products from concept through scale.
• Proven ownership of complex product areas with measurable business outcomes, ideally involving growth, monetization, or financial products.
• Experience making strategic decisions in highly cross-functional environments.
• Strong product intuition supported by data and the ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Experience simplifying complex customer problems and delivering strong user experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influence with executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building or managing lending, credit, or other consumer financial products.
