Salary: $41,250–$68,750 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and financial solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences.
• Educate customers on digital tools and transaction-management options.
• Resolve customer problems while following policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage risk.
