PRN Medical Assistant (Wisconsin)

Location: Onsite at clinics in St. Cloud, Plymouth, Hilbert, and Kiel, Wisconsin

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Escort patients, prepare examination rooms, and ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Review patient information, collect health updates, take vital signs, draw blood, administer injections and immunizations, and assist with procedures.
• Perform front-desk duties, including scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, and coordination of specialist visits.
• Document accurate patient data, process test results, and communicate results according to provider instructions.
• Collaborate with the care team on individual patient care plans and identify gaps in care.
• Conduct patient outreach and maintain clinical and office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• At least one year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration is preferred and required where applicable by state law.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
