What you will do

• Perform a variety of home-based diagnostic services, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and ECGs.
• Conduct diabetic foot screenings and capture diabetic retina images.
• Commute to patient homes using mobile technology for scheduling and navigation.
• Ensure proper sample labeling and coordinate drop-offs to laboratories or shipment facilities.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and compassion during patient interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paducah, Kentucky to travel to patient homes.
• State required licensure and/or proof of training as a Nurse, Phlebotomist, or Medical Assistant.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Vehicle Insurance with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass national background check and DMV check.
• Physical ability to navigate homes and carry up to 20 pounds.
