Medical Sprinter

Location: Paducah, Kentucky, United States; travel to patient homes is required

Salary: $24–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Provide preventative, diagnostic, and low-acuity healthcare services in patients’ homes.
• Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and related services.
• Prepare daily clinical supplies and PPE, access schedules through mobile technology, and travel between patient appointments.
• Collect and label samples correctly and coordinate delivery to laboratories or shipment facilities.
• Communicate with patients compassionately while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and high care quality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and solve last-minute operational challenges.

Requirements

• Previous venipuncture experience.
• State-required clinical licensure and/or proof of training, or national certification where state licensure is not required.
• Basic Life Support certification and proof of completed training or certification appropriate to the licensure level.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable personal transportation are required.
• Ability to access and navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds while walking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, technological proficiency, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
