Medical Sprinter

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, with travel to patient homes

Salary: $25–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare medical supplies and personal protective equipment for daily patient visits.
• Travel independently to patients’ homes using personal transportation and mobile scheduling tools.
• Collect patient information and provide compassionate, low-acuity and diagnostic care.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and related services.
• Label collected samples correctly and coordinate delivery to laboratories or shipment facilities.
• Use mobile charting tools and HIPAA-secure messaging for documentation and care coordination.

Requirements

• Previous venipuncture experience and the required state clinical license or proof of training.
• National certification where state-level licensure is not required.
• Basic Life Support certification and proof of completed relevant education or certification.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• Strong communication, professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, compassion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate patient homes, climb stairs, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience as a nurse, phlebotomist, or medical assistant.
• Interest in advanced learning, evidence-based practices, and expanding clinical skills.
