Medical Sprinter (Phlebotomy/Nursing)

Compensation: $26 – $29 per hour

What you will do

• Commute to patient homes to provide diagnostic and preventative care services.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
• Ensure proper labeling and coordination of sample drop-offs to labs.
• Use mobile technology for charting and HIPAA-secure care coordination.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, compassion, and patient experience.
• Manage daily supplies and PPE to ensure readiness for patient appointments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boston, MA and have reliable transportation.
• State-required licensure or national certification for phlebotomy, nursing, or medical assisting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Proof of vaccination or immunity for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TDaP, and recent TB test.
• Must pass national background and DMV checks.
