Software Implementation Consultant (Financial)

Location: Remote, USA; up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings, with required travel to in-office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD per year, plus full-time benefits.

What you will do

• Act as the principal customer liaison throughout software implementation projects, translating and documenting expectations, business processes, and goals.
• Lead business discovery, analyze customer workflows, and recommend delivery approaches, configurations, and improved business practices.
• Translate technical requirements and configure systems for implementations more complex than entry-level work.
• Build trusted customer relationships, advise on solution value and workflow impact, and collaborate with project managers and training specialists.
• Manage implementation risks, issues, escalations, timelines, delays, and customer change-management activities, including user readiness and acceptance.
• Maintain expertise across multiple product offerings and lead customer meetings and presentations when onsite.

Requirements

• Consulting experience in software implementation, workflow analysis, recommendation development, and measuring business outcomes.
• Experience working with multi-resource project teams while balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time.
• Proven ability to take accountability for projects, demonstrate initiative, and deliver commitments supporting customer objectives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and convert them into customer solution value.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize delivery, adapt priorities, and share client insights flexibly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex team environment with adaptability, problem-solving, critical thinking, and a results-oriented, can-do attitude.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education in accounting or technology.
• Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for exploring and experimenting with AI.
• Healthcare industry experience.
