Relationship Manager I - Small Business Banking (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage a book of new and existing small-business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while deepening share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide financial insights and tailored solutions to improve client engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships and use sales tools to convert opportunities.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, financial analysis, credit processes, and credit products.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal policies.
• Strong communication, decision-making, prospecting, selling, customer experience, and business acumen skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
