TL;DR
Analyst, Client Onboarding & Service (Cash Management): Supporting commercial banking clients with day-to-day service requests, account changes, cash management implementations, and onboarding of new legal entities with an accent on accurate information, efficient coordination, and responsive relationship support. Focus on collecting AML/KYC information, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, resolving overdue requests, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote

What you will do

  • Act as a primary contact for assigned commercial banking clients, responding to account, entitlement, product, and service inquiries.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation requests for new legal entities and cash management products, serving as the client’s single point of contact.
  • Coordinate account information, signing authority, and cash management product changes while tracking outstanding requests and escalating overdue items.
  • Collect AML/KYC information and setup details, using existing internal information and documentation to reduce unnecessary client touch points.
  • Work with Cash Managers, Relationship Managers, the Business Contact Centre, and internal partners to support clients and refer cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of cash management products, services, implementation processes, and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Cash Management Online, eCIF, Management Information Facility, and security documentation processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, client service, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex activities under tight time constraints with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location.
