Deal Desk Senior Analyst

Location: Remote, based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada. Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

Salary: CAD $68,160–$85,200 annually, plus a target bonus percentage of 10% when applicable.

What you will do

• Analyze deal economics for standard and non-standard agreements, including pricing, discounts, terms, usage commitments, and gross-margin impact.
• Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals within financial guardrails.
• Build and review financial models, pricing scenarios, and approval materials for senior leadership.
• Manage the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce and CPQ, from quote building and approvals through order-form execution and opportunity closure.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing Operations, and Sales to accelerate deal execution and maintain policy compliance.
• Identify recurring deal patterns and operational friction to improve workflows and system efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or an analytical GTM/Deal Desk role; without a degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience building financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage multiple high-velocity requests accurately and stay organized under tight deadlines.
• Self-directed approach, sound judgment, and high integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, or JIRA.
