Finance Manager

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business case development for strategic projects and new sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain complex financial models to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with Advisor Sales, HR, and IT teams to integrate non-financial considerations into business cases.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to measure positioning and market share.
• Lead business planning and forecasting efforts, including sales planning based on historical trends.
• Design and deliver recurring management reports and analytics for senior executives.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 4+ years of experience in a financial analysis role within a finance department.
• University degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• Completion of a CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or MBA.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• 2+ years in a Finance Manager or equivalent role.
• Financial Services industry experience.
• Previous experience with pricing strategy.
