Program Manager Innovation (AI): Owns delivery of the Innovation IT programme centred on the Drive platform, coordinating international deployments, releases, governance, and adoption with an accent on AI-assisted delivery, cross-functional dependencies, and scalable programme management. Focus on steering complex multi-country rollouts, managing SDLC milestones, integrating business and technical stakeholders, and applying AI governance and data protection requirements.
Location: Hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal, with 60% remote work per year. The position supports an international programme and includes a modern open-space office in Sete Rios, Lisbon.

What you will do
- Own delivery of the Drive platform programme, including scoping, configuration, testing, migration, go-live, and hypercare.
- Frame projects, manage milestones and dependencies, and coordinate specifications, development, UAT, migration, and deployment in an agile environment.
- Plan releases across the SDLC, define readiness criteria, lead go/no-go decisions, and manage post-release follow-up.
- Facilitate steering committees, report on programme status, manage risks and budgets, escalate blockers, and maintain the roadmap and documentation.
- Coordinate application owners and super-users, support country-level adoption plans, and monitor training coverage and post-go-live satisfaction.
- Use AI for analysis, specification, test design, documentation, and reporting while contributing to AI-assisted delivery and application landscape rationalization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT programme or project management, covering both business analysis and delivery.
- Daily practical use of AI in professional work, with the ability to demonstrate its impact on delivery.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of full-stack and low-code development, data analytics, and systems integration.
- Experience with multi-country deployments and managing several projects in parallel.
- Fluent French and English are required for collaboration with international teams and French-speaking sponsors.
