Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead global transformation projects involving process migration, process re-engineering, and IT implementations across multiple regions.
• Define project scope, objectives, success measures, and delivery roadmaps with sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, resources, budgets, timelines, risks, changes, issues, and escalations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through leadership reporting and end-user community involvement.
• Coordinate communication and training activities to support adoption of new processes.
• Maintain project documentation and collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and global partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering transformation, continuous improvement, or financial process projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience leading global projects and managing complex stakeholder networks across regions and functions.
• Strong business change management skills, including process rollouts, communication, and training coordination.
• Solid project management capabilities covering planning, risk management, governance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Recognized project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or APMP, or equivalent delivery experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP FICO, SD, MM, S/4HANA, and automation projects.
