Sr. Project Manager, IT

Location: Teal Drones, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. US citizenship or a Green Card is required.

What you will do

• Own the complete lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution and deployment.
• Define, communicate, and manage project scope, requirements, technical specifications, dependencies, resources, risks, and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, business operations, and external vendors.
• Manage Agile ceremonies, Jira boards and plans, documentation, operational conflicts, and project workflows.
• Lead multiple simultaneous projects across cross-functional teams and business units.
• Produce milestone, progress, proposal, and recommendation reports for senior organizational leaders.

Requirements

• US citizenship or a Green Card is required.
• 8+ years of experience in technology project management and/or engineering, including delivery of complex projects and programs.
• Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Strong project leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM certification.
• Experience with IT systems, software development life cycle projects, on-premises and SaaS implementations, IT operations, infrastructure, and business integrations.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, developers, analysts, and external vendors.
• Experience implementing and improving compliance processes and ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
