What you will do

• Oversee wet-clean processes, including recipe development and variability reduction.
• Create and document process engineering procedures for tool operation.
• Start up and qualify new processes and equipment on schedule.
• Improve tool-to-tool performance matching and sustain process performance and SPC.
• Support continuous improvement programs focused on process windows, cost, yield, productivity, and scrap reduction.
• Represent the process module in cross-functional yield and issue-resolution teams, including Material Review Board and 8D investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
• Experience monitoring and analyzing SPC charts, split lots, Design of Experiments data, ET, and sorting yield.
• Experience with single-wafer and batch-wafer cleaning tool operation and process recipes.
• Experience in 300mm wafer fabrication, internal audits, defectivity improvement, and process optimization.
• Experience guiding and training engineers on process knowledge and improvements.
