General Site Foreman (Nuclear Construction)

Location: Paducah, Kentucky, United States; onsite

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Supervise site laborers, carpenters, subcontractors, construction maintenance, and day-to-day site coordination.
• Manage site logistics for deliveries, field activities, adjacent projects, equipment, materials, and trade scopes.
• Plan work methods, equipment needs, materials, daily activities, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, utilities, statutory agencies, vendors, and trade contractors.
• Track project risks, inspections, safety activities, schedule, budget, documentation, and closeout requirements.
• Present production work plans and recommend schedule, work-method, training, and risk-mitigation adjustments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mechanical piping construction experience.
• 15+ years of experience managing construction crews and/or subcontractors.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of construction equipment operation, maintenance, and site safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret standards, contract drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with treatment, manufacturing, or process plant construction.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Safety Trained Supervisor certification.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
