Global Digital Transformation - Project Management (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Fully onsite in Malta, New York, USA; travel up to 10%

Salary: $118,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multi-phase operating model implementations with manufacturing teams.
• Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of improved operating models and Best-Known Methods.
• Execute business OKRs and coordinate readiness for system implementation with capability leads, solution delivery teams, partners, and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Manage multiple complex projects in a matrix environment while following PMO policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Communicate project status clearly and report progress to the Executive Steering Committee, including VP, SVP, and COO stakeholders.
• Support timely implementation while minimizing operational impact during system rollout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, information systems, program management, or a related discipline.
• At least 7–8 years of experience leading change management initiatives, implementing business process improvements, and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading large change management programs or implementations with stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, solve problems, troubleshoot, and exercise mature judgment.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and verbal English and the ability to work fully onsite in Malta, New York, USA are required.

Nice to have

• Master of Science degree in engineering, business administration, information systems, program management, or a related discipline.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Management consulting experience and the ability to create storyboards and presentations quickly.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or the semiconductor industry.
• Change management training or certification and PMP certification.
